Superintendent's Corner is a digital magazine and news platform focused entirely on American K-12 school districts. We cover the people running them, the challenges they deal with every day, and the suppliers and partners working alongside them.
We started Superintendent's Corner because we felt school districts were being underserved by existing media. They deserved more than a small section in a general business publication or a few wire-service headlines repackaged as coverage.
Every month, we sit down with district leadership and dig into what is actually happening: the programs they are building, the facilities they are maintaining, the budgets they are managing, and the goals they are working toward. This is serious work. It deserves serious coverage.
Alongside our district spotlight editions, we pull together the most relevant K-12 news from around the country every day. Technology, safety, infrastructure, budgets, policy, leadership. If it matters to the people running school districts, we cover it.
Our goal is to give American public education the publication it deserves, and to connect the leaders shaping it with the partners who help them do the job.The Editors, Superintendent's Corner
Our monthly publication takes a close look at one or more school districts per issue. We cover leadership, strategy, facilities, technology, and the vendors the district relies on. The feature is editorial and in-depth, and it costs the district nothing.
Between editions, our website surfaces the most important stories in K–12 education from the country's most trusted outlets: Chalkbeat, Education Week, District Administration, and local public media. One place to stay current, updated daily.
We give the companies that work with school districts a direct line to the people making purchasing decisions. If you supply technology, construction services, food service, transportation, curriculum, or anything else to K-12 districts, our spotlight editions put you in front of the right audience.
School districts featured in Superintendent's Corner are never asked to pay for their coverage. Our editorial features are earned, not bought. The district's story is told on its merits.
Supplier advertisements are always clearly labeled. Our editorial content and our advertising content are kept strictly separate, no exceptions.
When we curate news from other publications, we always credit the original reporter and publication, and link directly to the original article. We never present others' journalism as our own.
Our district features are built around real conversations with district leadership, not press releases. We ask direct questions and let the superintendent's voice carry the story.
Whether you are a superintendent interested in a district spotlight, a supplier looking to reach education decision-makers, or a journalist with a tip, we want to hear from you.
Our district spotlight features are completely free for participating districts. Each edition is a full editorial profile covering leadership, strategy, innovation, facilities, and the vendors and partners behind the district.
If you are a superintendent, cabinet leader, or association executive and want your district featured in an upcoming edition, reach out. We will walk you through how it works.
If you are a supplier or industry partner looking to reach district decision-makers, ask us for our media kit and we will send it right over.
